Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack with Care

  Securely place the unused cutlery or cookware in its original manufacturer packaging to prevent damage during transit.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your shipping box.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
